What you can expect

Duration

Depending on the size and complexity of your requirements, the implementation takes 8 - 12 weeks on average.

Effort

To keep the complexity as low as possible, we strongly recommend booking a workshop. Afterwards your effort will be just 3 - 5 working hours per week.

IT-Support

We provide the account. If other programs are to be connected via interface, you need your IT or you can book one of our implementation packages.

Configuration

We take care of the configuration of your account. If additional functions are to be integrated, your Implementation Manager will coordinate with you.

Data imports

Your inventory data can be integrated into FreightPilot via import.

Access for colleagues

Once your account is set up, you can invite your employees, customers and subcontractors with different permissions.

"Why do I need a workshop?"

A frequently asked question. By conducting a workshop, we essentially pursue three goals.

1) Reduce complexity and effort

Once all parties involved are sitting at one table and communicating your requirements, our implementation managers can get an overview of which adjustments and interfaces are necessary.

2) Tailor-made answers to your requirements

Certain processes must be maintained - others should be improved. We provide support and advise on which measures are technically sensible.

3) Increase acceptance

We gather the requirements and ideas of all employees involved to improve the user experience. In this way FreightPilot provides long-term added value for the company.
